When we started this adventure part of our vision for Waffle'n Joe was to help to educate and simplify some of the facts and lore around coffee.  In this blog I'll try to keep the goal of simplicity in mind as we talk about equipment,  beans, brewing, and everything else.  Our roaster certainly can talk extraction T.D.S, roast R.O.R.'s or bean densities, the cool tech. side of artisan roasting, but we"ll try to contain our inner geek for this blog.  Please feel free to post any coffee related questions you may have.
